That seems doubtful. A more plausible solution would be to alter the installer so that it warns players that the new Lenny critter has no run animation and will thus be slow and lumbering. That way the player can make a more informed decision. Wait, two people actually recruited Lenny? :wink:

Awesome. Thanks a lot. When I was brought on board the project and made the lead writer, my main concern was to try and make the fan-made material match the vanilla game. So that's a great complement to hear. The Krom character is one of my favorite creations.

I think this is normal game behavior. If you piss someone off and they attack you, but you then run off screen instead of engaging them, then that person will basically "forgive" you and will no longer be hostile. So the game isn't ending in your case because the tribe forgives you as soon as...

No kidding. There have been countless erroneous bug reports over the years because of crippled limbs that the player wasn't aware of.

That's normal as far as I recall. Enemies rarely drop armor in Fallout 2, but in Fallout 1, armor abounds. I recall that taking out the Khans early in the game nets enough armor to not have to worry about money.

Since you are taking part in the beta test, you should be starting a new game with the newest version of the RP, not using old saves. Several of the fixes and changes won't be applied if you use an old save from a previous version.

I finished recording the lines a long time ago. I was under the impression that they wouldn't be implemented until Cassidy's talking head was given animated mouth movements. But if that hasn't been done yet and people want him to have a voice without the animation, then that's fine by me...

Anyone who's only played a version of the RP prior to 2.0 should really check it out again. The RP has improved dramatically in just about every aspect since those early releases. And with this upcoming release, it'd be a perfect time to revisit it.

That's the current goal.

Everything on my end will definitely be done before Christmas.
