    Just a daily reminder everyone

Yea the only games made for adults are made either by completely independent developers or by people who are just breaking into the mainstream with a really good game, only to have its sequels dumbed down for idiots and/or become riddled with microtransactions, season passes, and crafting DLC...

Deus Ex: Mankind Divided - 101 Trailer

Super Bunnyhop's review Looks like they tried to shoehorn in a meaningful, thought-provoking metaphor and story in a way that was too much of a stretch. Game looks good though, but it looks like the story in Human Revolution was better. The review seems like he loves the gameplay and level...

Isometric TBRPG or New Vegas-styled FPSRPG?

I know I say this about every game, but XCOM would be great as a full RPG with its combat system. So far the best turn-based NON-squad based combat I have experienced is Underrail.

    Planet Coaster!

Apparently Frontier Developments (the people who made Elite Dangerous) are rolling out a new Rollercoaster/theme park simulator thing that has been in alpha for a while and will be a full release in November. This video I found makes it look very very good especially since it is from back in...

    Metal Gear: Survive

Metal Gear: The Lunchbox! Metal Gear: The T-Shirt! Metal Gear: The Racing Game! Metal Gear: The Surv-ombie-horror-them-up! Honestly, I'm surprised it didn't happen sooner. How soon until the clickbait YouTube videos titled "Is Solid Snake part of the Fallout universe?!"

Isometric TBRPG or New Vegas-styled FPSRPG?

Just start farming out spin-offs to random developers. Some will make isometric turn-based Fallouts, others like Obsidian will make a New Vegas sequel, and eventually at least a couple of those will be the actual Fallout RPGs the fans wanted in the first place instead of Fallout 4. I mean I...

Isometric TBRPG or New Vegas-styled FPSRPG?

Isometric turn-based or first-person RPG? Why not both?

Name a thing you DON'T hate in Fallout 4

They were probably the people who complained the game was too stupid and not an RPG, so the leads demoted them to mini-game development.

Star Citizen: 2016 Gamescom Live Game Demo

I *think* Battlestar Galactica got around this by implying that the ships were equipped with some kind of "audio simulators" that allowed pilots to get auditory feedback of things happening outside so they could have greater awareness of their surroundings. In a world where FTL travel has been...

    Just a daily reminder everyone

Perhaps the issue is that Fallout 4 is so stupid that anyone with half a brain can tell Fallout 4 and its DLC are lazy cash grabs and the game is a terrible Fallout RPG. 10 out of 10 people with at least half a brain agree: Fallout 4 is a terrible Fallout RPG.

    Just a daily reminder everyone

I'm fairly certain any comments that aren't extremely positive on there are deleted by moderators or by the posters themselves after receiving threats. Lots of people complaining about it with No Man's Sky, Fallout, all sorts of games. It's basically turned into a marketing tool rather than a...

    Just a daily reminder everyone

So is that video like some sort of wannabe shoddycast? I also hate what gaming has become as my hobby. It makes me totally embarassed to share something in common with the mouth-frothing imbeciles that threaten reporters over games like No Man's Sky all because they are so easily duped by AAA...

Deus Ex: Mankind Divided - 101 Trailer

Remember the days when you could go out and rent a videogame for like $5 and play the whole thing and return it a few days or a week later? Pepperidge Farm remembers. Now it costs $5 just for a single-use ammo pack or health pack or whatever is in these stupid microtransaction stores.

    the Master: was he evil?

That's totally not how Bethesda is. For one thing, they removed skill checks entirely...also skills! Gone! INTO THE VATS WITH THEM! In Fallout 4 that dialogue choice would simply be labeled "Maybe" Imagine trying to talk to the Master using "Yes No Maybe Sarcastic" - he'd dump you straight...

Deus Ex: Mankind Divided - 101 Trailer

So this is essentially a pay-to-win singleplayer game lol. I can see it coming. The next Deus Ex will be a single-use game. You will have to pay the full price again if you want to play the game a second time. Then after that, the next Deus Ex will make you pay to load saves in the same...

Deus Ex: Mankind Divided - 101 Trailer

In a few months, AAA games will be charging us for playing the game more than once. Single-use videogames are coming. Also, I just saw more footage and this game looks so generic without the color filter. If you take away the HUD you can't tell if you're playing Deus Ex, Call of Duty...

Deus Ex: Mankind Divided - 101 Trailer

Eidos, I am disappoint. This game has single-use microtransactions and the most infamous DRM in gaming and almost had the worst pre-order campaign in gaming history. I don't care how good the game is if your publisher and the business people are making EA games look reasonable by comparison...

    Your favourite New Vegas character?

I really can't choose just one character. New Vegas is simply one of the greatest games ever made. It is filled with amazing characters and carefully written dialogue. I would be very interested to see an analysis of the reading level of New Vegas' dialogue vs. Fallout 4... Some favorites: Mr...

"Reasons Fallout 4 is the best Fallout game." A facepalm-worthy video.

    >uninstall. This thread though - y'all got trolled by a clickmasterbaiter.

Star Citizen: 2016 Gamescom Live Game Demo

The game has experienced developers and an enormous amount of funding, so that makes me more confident that it will succeed in making a good game. The Space Sim genre has some pretty demanding fans though - they've been wanting exactly this kind of game for so long and have received mostly bad...
