    Death of charater isn't just "0 hp", it's more or less a permanent state, which cannot be "cancelled" by any known mean (other than loading previous save). Feel sad fo ya. Just replay that mission.

    Will answer most things later, but for now: *.bos is *.rar archive. Nothing added. You can easily change extension, and archive still will open. Actually you can just open *.bos with something (i believe it's not WinZip, there are plenty of other archivators)

    Try another trainer, if there's one. Once you entered mission, you can't change it (or any items you would use in it) in Editor, because now savegame uses its own "version" of default mission. And NEVER save everything into one slot. That's your fault.
