I'm afraid that's not true, Norzan. it takes less than a day to run out of oxygen while buried in a coffin. Unless some ghouls can reuse oxygen somehow.

I'm worried how they would talk. Would it be like paarthurnax from skyrim or in a more monster like tone? It seems kind of silly, but I'm curious and would like to see it none the less.

Ghouls hibernate in enclosed tiny spaces? I don't understand the science of it, but it would explain Coffin Willie and Woody. I highly doubt they could hibernate for 200 years though, like Billy from 4.

I personally perfer the theory that ghouls may enter a hibernation state in confined spaces for a few months at most, that's how Coffin Willie survived. Billy though... I just shrug that off as a wild wasteland experience, maybe an elaborate prank or test divised by some shady group.
