    you can modify addiction type if your item is identified as drug item... you can modifying easily with fic... but i alcohol isn't in the list so as the others said it may be hardcoded... you can edit item script with fse (if the mapper is on your hd)

    never try, but i think it's possible, create your acm file, place it in data\sound\sfx\, add the name of your file.acm in the sndlist.lst file and finaly affect the line's number of your file minus 1 in hexa, then it should works...but all of that is purely theory. but why not trying

    yes, but only if you haven't yet saved in vaultcity...just put your modified map in the "maps" directory. if you saved you can modify this map, just go in your savegame directory, change vctydwtn.sav into vctydwtn.gz, extract it and rename it vctydwtn.map, now you can edit it with the mapper...

    i worked a little about adding new npc, and it seems it's quite difficult. just look in the "data\data\party.txt" this file is simple, but the pid references 16777XXX (defined in critrpid) won't work when you add som more...maybe some parts are hard coded. so for the moment i think it's only...

    arg... thanks jargo, i'll check my mapper.cfg file to be sure all is good... is it possible the problem comes from my version of watcom (9.5) [EDIT] apparently now the problem seems to come from the map where i use my script, i tried to use it somewhere else and, oh miracle, it did work...

    it's me anew, i gat an other problem...indeed, all the critters i made (with my script in fact) won't attacke the hero when i use Node998 in my dialogs...does anybody know how to fix it. thanks.
