    Obsidian?

I'm not sure MrMattyPlays is aware there were Fallout games before FO3.

Fallout 4 getting increasingly negative reviews

I played a game with myself recently; I went on the Metacritic page for FO4, selected "See all user reviews" and tried to see if I could manage to find a positive review!

    Obsidian?

God, MrMattyPlays makes me cringe. I wanted to listen to the whole interview, but two minutes in I just...couldn't...

    Fallout 4 VS Skyrim

To be honest, I actually can enjoy Skyrim. Not as an RPG, but as an action-adventure sandbox I can. FO4 on the other hand...god , at this point the game almost makes me vomit with rage. Dunno, maybe it's because I never really cared much for TES, while FO4 was a stain on my favorite franchise.

    A community effort

This sounds like a great project! I'd love to play it if it's ever finished! I can't claim to be the best writer in the world, but I'm at least decent. I don't know how much time I'd be able to put into it, though. I'd love to pitch an idea or two though!

Things we learned from Fallout 4

Cool, I'm interested to see what it is.

Things we learned from Fallout 4

That actually sounds like a more interesting quest design than Bethesda's Radiant™ quests. If they made it though said apple in said garbage can would probably only spawn in raider camps, in which you would have to clear out the whole camp before the apple would spawn.

Leaked pics of Fallout 4s design documents

Yeah, re-reading the text in the terminals I think I might have been wrong. It was a while ago I read them, so I think my memory might have been a bit off. Because now now I'm not really seeing a connection either. Sorry guys!

Leaked pics of Fallout 4s design documents

I felt like the whole Hubris Comics area was somehow trying to tell us something...the whole idea of the franchise going a way a person didn't want because the higher-ups thought it would make more money...I figured it might have been a coincidence until it said something about the character...

The State Of Fallout, What Does it mean going forward and Letting Go

Ah, good point. We probably won't get another good "official" Fallout, with fan-made games, there are huge possibilities. Knowing Bethesda, they'd probably send their lawyers after the authors. Seriously, they fucking sued a company for using "Scrolls" as the name for a game. I'm not sure, but...

The State Of Fallout, What Does it mean going forward and Letting Go

I suppose every franchise has to end sometime...yet the way Fallout had to go out is just sad. It came close to dying after FO2, and honestly...maybe that would have been for the best. Sure, we wouldn't have gotten NV, but the franchise also wouldn't have been stained by FO3 and 4.

Creation Kit and Bethesda.net mods are out

To be fair, doesn't Valve own all the rights to mods on the Steam Workshop? I think it's shit business practice, but I'm just saying that Bethesda isn't the only company to do crap like that.

Creation Kit and Bethesda.net mods are out

Bethesda might not be as bad as Rockstar when it comes to modding, but what they're doing now seems very anti-modder, or at the very least anti-PC. But to be fair, they kinda stopped caring about PC back with Oblivion, when they started to focus on consoles. BTW, anyone else find it odd how...

Creation Kit and Bethesda.net mods are out

Sorry I'm late to the party. Good grief, this looks to be shaping up to the return of paid mods. I want to know why the fuck you need to be signed into bethesda.net to access your locally downloaded mods? They claim they're working to fix it, but why the fuck is it like this in the first place...

Why 3 was better than 4

I know. That wasn't really directed at anyone. From what I'm seeing no ones has really gotten mad at him. All I'm saying is that we should avoid really an all-out argument with him. It's just his opinion. Everything's alright (so far  )!

Name a thing you DON'T hate in Fallout 4

Emil used to be an elementary teacher? Hey, maybe the ideas for his scripts started as stories he would tell the kids before nap time? Like how Harry Potter started as stories the author would tell her kid? Then again, most nursery rhymes have better developed characters and fewer plotholes than...

Why 3 was better than 4

Like many, my first Fallout was 3. I knew nothing about the originals, and honestly, at the time, I really enjoyed 3. I didn't know any of the lore, or the themes and atmosphere of the originals. Later I played NV, which led me to the originals. I enjoyed these three vastly over FO3. I started...

    Nothing. Bethesda has no logic.

Things we learned from Fallout 4

Emil's…not exactly what I'd call a good writer. Besides, he wasn't one who layed down the laws, they were layed down by actually good writers.
