Fallout 4 storytelling in a nutshell.

Skull and brain are very big in newborns. This is the reason why human birth is problematic and fatal most of the time. Still skull and the brain do grow and for that skeleton in the picture is indeed awkwardly done.

Fallout 4 storytelling in a nutshell.

I can't help but feel moved when looking at these pictures. Stories of pain and loss... delivered through environmental story telling, so subtle... As a thank you for such a meaningful topic, i'll start taking screenshots from now on and collect such beatiful scenes for this topic.

Fallout 4 vs Concept Art (The Fallout that could have been)

Architecture in Fallout never strike me as Gothic, it's mostly brutalist architecture.

Can we honestly say Fallout 4 is better than Fallout 3?

Thing is without RPG elements Bethesda games are not much different than Shadow of Mordor, GTA: V, Far Cry, Dishonored etc. Fallout 4 has a better game world than almost every game but even then it's only slightly better. Fallout 4's Boston is not as plausable or realistic as Los Santos or not...

Can we honestly say Fallout 4 is better than Fallout 3?

Actually i disagree because dialogs, quests, player freedom and leveling system are all worse than Fallout 3. Only thing Fallout 4 is better at is combat gameplay and that's it. I can't believe i'm defending F3......

Fallout 4 vs Concept Art (The Fallout that could have been)

As if at some point someone decided that Fallout 4 should be much more goofy. I fell in love with this concept concept of Diamond City: http://imgur.com/Or9EUNb . It actualy feels like a post post-apocalyptic city. Why they chose to go with current retard Disneyland set, i'll never know.

So in the end, what was even the point of the Synths?

Bethesda didn't even try to make the player think about transhumanism(Which is, i believe, a strong theme of BoS) or the very real dangers of blind scientific development which lead creation of true A.I or whether it's time that humans should be replaced with another life form for good. I don't...

Can we honestly say Fallout 4 is better than Fallout 3?

Actually i would hate the game even more. Glowing Sea is only place i got "wasteland" vibe, turning it into a battle zone would be horrible. Call me old fashioned but i think providing at least 3 different ways (manipulation, stealth, rambo) to accomplish any objective would be better. With...

Giantbomb: FO4 is the third most disappointing game of 2015

While i overall agree with your post, CD Red has the twice the personel Bethesda has. And paying less for more skilled people. Bethesda pictures itself as a small yet unique studio. In truth they do anything but unique nowadays so it's high time that they should turn into a generic AAA studio...

Todd Howard and his inspiration video to gamers everywhere.

It's hard to distinguish different pieces, what would happen if someone lost their King just because they were careless for a second? It's best way to prevent players from losing their essential pieces only to realise (maybe many turns later) they can't win the game anymore.

Someone finally painstakingly beat Fallout 4 without killing anything

I realy don't think it counts, since he simply uses other NPCs to do the killing. From the pictures you can see the loathing on his face due to save scumming:grin: He spent 5 hours to pickpocket Kellogg's brain augmenter... Though some people shamelessly present this case as proof of F4...

Todd Howard and his inspiration video to gamers everywhere.

Of course he did; it's an outdated mechanic. Alas, those ignorant chess-players never understood Todd's vision. He even came up with a mechanic that allowed both players to win so they can feel significant without effort. If it wasn't for those elitists who kicked Todd out of their club, chess...

"Kid In The Fridge" Quest = the stupidest quest ever.

Also, even it pains me to say so, i must add that Bioware does some great writing with companions. Blackwall who was inspired right from some Dostoyevsky novel or Vivienne the Evil Mage who wasn't a chaotic stupid evil mage for the first time. How Bioware approaches to religion, politics and...

    Fallout 4>this outdated site

Well like any fan-site worth its salt NMA may look like bunch of guys jerking each other off, and it's true sometimes. However this jerking thing that we do once per week; happens every minute at Bethesda fan sites with the force of 1000 horny tigers. So i think that militant passion is much...

    Power Armour changes.

    Why, from Pentagon of course!
  17. Theinnerfish

    Power Armour changes.

Bethesda realy makes random choices in favor of being "marketable", like all BoS suddenly using T-45 which was the new design for T-51b at first(Thank god they didn't go with that.).
  18. Theinnerfish

    Power Armour changes.

I wonder would it be too hard to just say: "BoS upgraded their t-45s by using remnant personel, resources and knowhow of Enclave"? Bethesda doesn't want to make sense. I guess...
  19. Theinnerfish

    Power Armour changes.

Well if T-51b didn't consume FCs in hours like a t-60 does, than even with lower defenses i would call t-51b more advanced due to it's far superior energy consumption. Alas this is not the case... Well than Sarah Lyons, Piper and Three Dogs were Vault Dwellers since Shelter is canon...

    Power Armour changes.

Though if i remember correctly, game only says that t-60 developed after t-51b. Yet it doesn't mentions it's actualy better.
