    Lamest Legendary Item?

    Well erm... Depleted Uranium rounds?

Fallout 4 is not "Skyrim with guns."

I always felt like Fallout 3 was a Fallout game. It was a badly written Fallout game with horrible dialogs but a Fallout nonetheless Multi-choice quests? Check. Being able to avoid violence? Check. Becoming an evil f**k? Check. SPECIAL, perks, skills? Check. Now Fallout 4: Randomly generated...

    Lamest Legendary Item?

"Explosive" weapons also get bonus damage from the explosion perks. This effect adds a flat 15 balistic damage "and" another 15 damage as an explosion so with right perks it's a bonus 60 damage with AoE. I had a minigun with this effect and game simply stopped. An epic mirelurk queen emerges...

    Lamest Legendary Item?

To be fair he has a story. As always written in a terminal near him.

SPOILERS: Hidden Brotherhood of Steel Ending Found

Because BoS doesn't want to stop agriculture or other aspects of the development. They only care for the weapons because they don't want humanity to wield these old world weapons again. Their original purpose is being a research and science center which also polices weapons technology. However...

SPOILERS: Hidden Brotherhood of Steel Ending Found

I would like a difference with the faction i choose to side with. However becoming a f**king elder is a horrible idea.

So, can we talk about what Fallout 4 does well?

They're much more close to Templar Order actualy. Even 3 main ranks are similar however BoS' purpose is hoarding knowledge, protecting it and making sure it survives the next global annihilation or until humanity wises up. Also they try to prevent apocalypse from happening as well. However they...

So, can we talk about what Fallout 4 does well?

Yeah i even want to start a new topic about this. BoS is militaristic yes but actualy it's monastic side was heavier. It feels real sily when they annex places. Like Buddha's great great great grandson annexes London because of the industrial revolution.

It all comes tumbling down, tumbling down.

So, can we talk about what Fallout 4 does well?

Just because some lawyer from Vault 111 got loose; every species dared live above ground are now in IUCN Red list and few nomadic tribes and at least 2 major factions faced genocide. I think it's a good thing they killed the other residents...

So, can we talk about what Fallout 4 does well?

Yeah having a .44 caliber magnum didn't help to ease the panic i guess.

So, can we talk about what Fallout 4 does well?

Well i think 111 is the most reasonable one. Since Enclave had this "Space Program". Hell it might be the most reasonable experiment between games (Fallout 2 and New Vegas included.). Like: "Yeah using humans for this makes sense before testing on ourselves" Vault 81 makes sense too since...

So, can we talk about what Fallout 4 does well?

Especialy being able throwing your card on Sinjin too was damn cool :D Also Vault experiments were not retarded like F3. This is something.

So, can we talk about what Fallout 4 does well?

There is a consensus on Power Armors are done well except for that fusion core thing. Also good majority acknowledges when you're wearing PA. Combat is fun, taking a mininuke shell like it's nothing then losing half of your PA after two more direct mininuke hits. Nerd Rage kicking. Raining...

    Wasted Potential

Eeeeermm.. Yes? Big water purifiers(no G.E.C.K needed) requires water to built on but fountains can built in every settlement.

Procedural Generation of Quests in Fallout 4

Yeah the best part is you have to literaly run away from NPCs to not take a part in another genocide because some of them don't even ask your opinion on if you wan't that quest or not. Even worse some simply says they don't care what you want and give you the quest anyway.

"We want to answer 'yes' every time the player asks a question (...) " - Todd Howard

Can i refuse a quest? *That robot P.A.M even says "It's not important when you do the quest so i don't take no as an answer, here updated your journal" when i said no. It's feels like getting raped: "No, please no, i don't wan't that in my pip-boy..." It's only RPG i felt so powerless. I'm...
