So how is stealing implemented? If anyone sees your stealing animation how could you possibly steal from anyone who is not afk? And why invest points in Stealing then, if you can just try over and over because the guy has got to be afk anyway?

But that still makes you increase 17 SPECIAL stats if you so desire. And we don't even know about wierd surgery stat increases that have been in Fallout 1 and 2. Plus Mentats for example give you a whopping PE +5, INT +5 now as seen in the Megaton Demo Video. It really looks like SPECIAL has...
