Umm... The master was a Boss. Most of the missions had you defeat some guy as your prerogative/Mission. Yes, some were/are rather easy to defeat, and some have a bit more complexity to them. Frank(or Hank, i forget), from FO2 was a boss. In FO2, there was the guy with the "Evil dog, that...

    The Fatman

Haha, i like that story! It's very concise and it proves a valid reasoning. And if they make your idea of a 'FPS BFG' then i agree, that will be bad. But even Fallout2 has something like that. Frank(or Hank i forget), is the end boss, and you have the option of enlisting some help from some...

    The Fatman

Yeah yeah, Fallout basically used it in a more... Metaphorical sense sometimes, as well as a weapon. So i can see the reasons for not wanting it. (although it's always interesting to level half the screen in one shot). To stick true to the Original FO universe, i do like the idea of...

    No Mutants Allowed: Newbs Guide

 Haha, i think he's trying to do something "good" around here. Seems like you want to bring all the people of NMA together in harmony. Cool idea, but there is way to many conflicting views in some instances. And F3, is quite a touchy subject. all in all, i support the spirit of...

Exploding Cars: Got no problem with them. As long as they are not ridiculously over exaggerated. And if you can swipe some of the "combustibles" from them, then i am made content. It's no different than the Exploding barrels from Fallout Tactics. or a well placed C4 charge before a battle.

Btw, i agree with ya Dougly, and yeah, at Modoc if you ordered the "special" omelets, you got a great boost to your life.

Your definitive thoughts on Fallout 3.

I remember in FO1 i would get randomly stopped "sometimes" to find water (as i had pawned my flask). So it's really not THAT strange of a concept. Also FO2 had options where u could eat fruit, and some other options for other effects (Cookie) and mix the effects up by combining them into a...

Your definitive thoughts on Fallout 3.

I don't care(need to keep the stims though). You can drink from all bodies of water. I'm curious thought if the "outdoorsman" perk will come into play though. And as long as they keep Stim packs, and they are prevalent throughout. I'm content. So far. It seems pretty decent. Hope...

    The Positive Thread

1st off El_Smacko, i like what you are trying to do with this thread (if it's what i think, lol) I like the idea of Fallout Changing into a game that has it's old CRPG qualities, but can give you better feel of the world through a *ahem* First Person Perspective "Option." I do hope they...

FallOut 3:Original ideas for perks and traits.

Emo Spending years of your life inside the Vault listening to Emo music (+1 CHR when talking to females) and cutting yourself has given you a fondness for the dark (+ 40% Sneak) and enhanced 'surgical' skills (+ 30% Doctor). The Problem: Years of avoiding weights (and almost any physical...
