It won't even give me the option of climbing the ladder, and the only exit grid nearby sends me into the thick of a shitload of fighting that I cannot hope to survive. Even the rats kick my ass quickly.

I'm currently level 3 and just got to Redding. Everything was hunky-dory until I went down a well and ended up in the waramingo tunnels. My character cannot survive in there, but I dunno how to escape. Apparently I can't climb up the rope ladders, which sucks because I easily die from...
