Wow I found another way to hack this timelimit. I just installed this: http://falloutmods.wikia.com/wiki/FO2_converted_to_FO1 and Sfall works fine with it :)

Yes there is an option in Sfall: But it's not working for Fallout 1, that why I post a question here about Sfall for F1. Maybe there is a way to make it work for F1. Looks like we have to wait for Timeslips reply. There are many posts about timelimit in Fallout 1, but noone solve it yet...
