The Fan Art/Fan Fiction board is kinda' slow, isn't it? Well, time to spruce things up. This is a request from someone at some point, but I'm too lazy to read that far back. I really need to draw more Fallout fan art, even if the world doesn't need to see it :D :D

Brother None counts down his favourite games

Still, Neverhood remains an excellent example on how to do puzzles properly. They don't make any sense whatsoever outside the game world. BTW, Neverhood is in my top 3 list. With Fallout and Diablo.

I've been lurking around for some time, but it was not until a personal message from Mystral came, that I realized, that I hadn't psoted for a while. This is what he said was his favourite FO1 scene.

    Public's Fallout 3 parodies

This was awesome. The rest was hit and miss, mostly.

Project V13 concept art #3: Survivor

The Goggles . . . . . . they do nothing. @Kahgan - Thanks, even tho you probably meant Wooz :D :D :D Seriously, this is too generic. And clean. And modern. And reminds me a bit of Prince of Persia and I don't know why.

Project V13 concept art #2: Graveyard

Why must it always be purple and green? Where would you even get green lights in a postapoc setting? Why is the sky purple? Why do people consider this a good combinatioin? And why does it show up in every f*cking game released in the last 5 years? And both pieces of concept art are quite meh.

Interplay done for, Bethesda sues, Defonten creates

Bethesda are on the way to actually destroying Fallout and leaving a neutered empty Oblivion clone with illusions of grandeur and references to previous references used in the originals. Oh wait, they already did it. They are now pissing on the corpse. EDIT: *snip* Don't do that.

Interplay done for, Bethesda sues, Defonten creates

Words fail me to express the hatred for both companies. The picture is amazing on all levels.

    That Bowie knife is beautiful.

    Girls request help through facebook...

This is sad news indeed. Nothing like a double underage death to boost up ratings. There could've even been allegations of rape. It could have been so beautiful. Now this piece of news only proves yet again how gay Facebook is.

    Outlander.

Yeah, but Tomb Raider has a budget of over $100 million, while Outalnder has $47 million. The first Alien movie, on the other hand, had a budget of $11 million.

    Outlander.

Not by a long shot. Spiderman series, Tomb Raider series, Troy . . . they set the bar too high.

    Outlander.

It sounded as something, that would never work. It did, and was awesome for what it had to work with. Better than Mutant Chronicles and Beowulf. Don't put too much hope into it, and it's totally OK.

Fallout 8-bit - Now 'the Wastelander' - Gameplay added 0411

    Wired: Games need Hugos too

Nothing is sacred nowadays. It's not a Hugo but it's still horrible. I haven't read the latest Hugo recipients, but just because they have a prize doesn't mean much. That said, I'm against it. I mean - not before movies begin receiving Hugo awards.

I didn't mean to insult you. I'm using your banana simile to illustrate my point. And yes, you are absolutely right - I do have a preconceived notion that the game is bad and I did try to give it a chance. It didn't work. While I understand, that a new design direction is more or less...

If your point is, that I should play the game to just to build a better case, you're wrong. I don't need to step into a piece of shit to know that it is one. If you, on the other hand, need to examine it throughly, kick it, lick it and than claim, that it is rather similar to a banana (claiming...

I cannot familiarize myself with the game, because there are enough elements to put me off it. You may agree with the vault suit change, but it was and still is one of my favorite elements in the game. And it's simple. If they got that wrong, why bother? If I can take out so many crap...
