Doesn't seem that difficult at first sight, but it will take some time.

I've uploaded f3_unpacker earlier today, it allows you to extract data files (from .grp and .rht files). The package also contains source. I still haven't figured out a way to play the rest of the maps. That could probably be done with console, but haven't found any commands for it :( ...
