mmm no i think i have allready picked all possible dialogue options and also no more Mentats in my invetory :) ... i´ll have to get back to america to increase my speach skill and get some Mentats

i know that i have to talk to the scientist at the nuclear bomb and tell him to use the virus on his own people, but it doesn´t work...is it maybe because my speak skill is only at 44%?!
