From the OP list I only played mankind divided and only eight hours. For a personal favourite I would have to choose stardew valley. A farming simulator with some rpg elements inspired by harvest moon.

Maybe the courier was well armed when he/she made the journey or he/she has simply lucky (or smart) enough to avoid the cazadores and deathclaws.

Just leaving my opinion about the OP here. Has long has corrupt law enforcement, white supremacists and others types can go around killing minorities, getting away without being punished and instead being rewarded, movements like Black lives matter will keep showing up and being a necessity.
