hey great thread, interesting to read :) i somehow missed fallout tactics, dunno why, but i loved fallout 1 and 2 so i think about a sniper as main ... reading here helped a lot, but power armor give +1 str, advanced +2 str ? (not sure) so maybe 4 str, i see most guns need 5, but not all...
