I'm trying extract the sound files from Fallout 2 with DAT Explorer. However, it doesn't which program I use to convert or play the file, the sound always come out playing at such a high speed as to render it useless. Any ideas?

Sorry if this is on the wrong board, but I was thinking of going back and replaying Tactics and I was wondering: Is there any way to play as a deathclaw (as your main character)? Do I have to use the editor, and if so, how? Thanks a bunch.
