Have downloaded mapper v0.99. Where do I install it? Does it have to go into fallout 1 folder? The readme is in Russian. Cant read it. Have done a search but unable to find any info. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Have looked through a lot of the forum, but cant find the answer. How do you load the mapper for fallout 1. The mapper from the Russian site. Mapper 98c. Where is it installed, in what folder or file? Thanks in advance. Barry
