I've found the source of the problem, it the encounter tweaker. It seems that (at least for me) changing anything in there results in that error message showing whenever trying to launch falloutw.exe.

I've managed to fix my problem by reinstalling the mod and everything in the CC and main menu seem to be working. I'll notify if I run in to any other problems. Regards, Fenyx

Hey, I just installed FIXT and when I try running FalloutW in the FIXT folder it won't open. It says, "You're trying to use sfall with an incompatible version of fallout Was expecting 'Fallout 1 v1.2 US'" along with, "falloutw.eve had an unexpected crc. Expected 0xe5743f3e but got 0xe34e0101"...
