Well, I'm making a TC for Fallout 2, and I really need a way to make new cutscenes.

I would do it myself, but I know nothing about doing that sort of thing. I take it no one is willing to take the time to do it?

I know there is a mve2avi converter readily available, so how about making it go the other direction?

I couldn't figure out what to do with the plasma transformer either so I threw it away. My guess is that it either goes in the car or the plasma rifle. How you put it in, I have no idea.

Do you mind repeating that in English? I don't know if I was insulted or if you were explaining why the fuel wasn't there. :)

I ran a diagnostic on the tanker, and it says the tanks are empty. The Huboligist computer has no option for transfering the fuel. Could it be a problem with version 1.00? Maybe I should get the 1.02 patch, but I think it messes with the saved games.

I forgot to mention this, but San Francisco is a ghost town too. They didn't like me hacking into the emperor computer illegally I guess. I talked to Badger, and he said he stole the fuel, but it just isn't there. :?

I have DirectX 9, and the .msi version doesn't support .FRM format, which is what I need it for. Guess my best bet is Red.

I'm near completing the game, but I can't get the fuel for the tanker. I joined the huboligists, gave them the fuel, formatted the emperor computer, and killed all of the huboligists. Did I just screw myself, or is there another way?

I posted this earlier, but apparently it was a bad time as the forums were going through an overhaul and the post was lost. Anyway, here is my problem again. When I open RedViewer, I get this error message: Run-time error '91': Object variable or With block variable not set Any help?
