I don't think so because Vault 0 was supposed to be the main vault and all of the other ones slave vaults (so to speak). All of the really important people were in Vault 0, so they would be the ones that dreamed up the experiments on other vaults. We would they experiment with themselves...

Maybe try to use autoload (Control + L) and see if you have an autosave from way back. Might be a couple of missions back, but it beats the hell out of starting all over.
