eh... i had to reformat my harddrive earlier, meaning i have to download the patch again, but there is a 1100 person line(5 hours) at the only place to get it... could we find some more mirrors or something?

no i think i know the problem, i didn't delete the Fallout2 folder before i reinstalled it, so i think the 1.04 problem is still in effect. i'll just reinstall again

Spirited Away = Super Good Animatrix = What I've seen... meh. Not horrible, but not so good either. As for Reloaded... I thought it was okay, not as good as the first, but the fights were certainly entertaining, if not exciting... They were sort of just, well... Absurd.

I dont judge RPGs on graphics generally, but they did seem exceptionally bad, and this was on top of hating the gameplay experience already.

I finally got 1.05 working, but now I went to the Den and when i go to the east side, then try to go back to the west side(or leave town and then enter the west side) it crashes every time. AAAARGH

so... is there a way to check at the begining of the game whether or not you installed it correctly?

yeah, i had fallout 2 v1.02d installed, and i patched it with all the instructions with v1.05... but it seems exactly the same... no new area in the den that i could find... maybe i installed it wrong... do you have to patch it from v1.04 to v1.05? *cries* HELP MEEEEEEEee EDIT: I tried...

i was greatly turned off by the graphics, i mean, this game isn't even out yet(right?) and its graphics are not significantly better than fallouts, granted its alittle better but still... with games like Halo 2 and Doom 3 coming out.... i mean CMON Lionheart's devolopers could put ALITTLE more...
