Okay I got it working I moved that patch000.dat file, added the 1.05 and the update then changed all the .PRO files to read only. Is this correct, I know it's working but I just don't want it to crash after I've beaten half the game.

Okay, I downloaded the patch 1.05 and 1.05 update into my Fallout folder. So now I guess I open the f2patch1_05.rar with WinRar, I extract the f2patch1_05 folder into C:\Program Files\BlackIsle\Fallout2\f2patch1_05. The extracting screen does something. Now I go to the folder Fallout folder...

Hey, new here so give me a break if this is an old Q. I downloaded the 1.05 patch (American version), but the readme file is in Polish and the game has changed contianers from English to Polish. Is there a problem with my version or it is something else? Thanks.
