To my knowledge there has been no official concept art for the new Fallout 3 that Bethesda is making. "Van Buren" was the Fallout 3 which was in production, but got cancelled by Interplay. The screen shots that are slowly being leaked are from that dead project.

Try it out, it's really easy to install, and I'm still playing it today. One thing that I do like a lot about this mod is that the weapons and ammo are MUCH less prevalent throughout the wastes. This was one of the small things I always disliked about the fallout universe...too much ammo.

After playing this more, I realized that the world map is the same as the one from Fallout 2. There is no 'campaign' so to speak of...its basically just wander around, kill, and collect random stuff for money + exp. All towns and characters are changed, as are most weapons and the use of...

This mod is alright...I'll give it that. It took me maybe 20 minutes to get to level 2! There are lots of bugs, and the english is a little bit strange, but this is the biggest mod I've played, which makes it at least temporarily amusing. the guns are all dark black for some reason...

I don't know what my problem is. Perhaps its the fact that its 2:35 AM, but I'm having the most difficulty just trying to figure out where to place these friggin folders! I can not find what directory 4/6 of the folders included with this mod belong to...specificially the art, scripts...
