Minor update; every time I try to get a .frm made, I come out with something like : I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong; I'm using the fallout 2 pallet I got out of master.dat. I tried using bmp2frm but it doesn't like running on XP, even in compatability mode for Win98. :/ Am I missing...

I'd venture a guess that you haven't patched your copy of Fallout yet. You kinda have to see what mod takes what patch, first, though, as some work with one patch and not another. You'll just have to check out the readme of the mod to find out, I guess. :(
