The cells were in three blue lockers, BUT... I feel pretty ashamed... I managed to drop one Power Cell and only saw it lying (sp?) around by chance. So everything turned out fine. My apologies for the fuss. *goes off to commit sepuku*

Hello all, this is my first post here, so bear with me please. Some people say these are broken, i.e. not working in the latest (1.27?) patch. Is this true? I'd hate to build to one of them / rely on getting them, only to realize it doesn't work. Thanks in advance!
