I don't have any real attachment to TB itself, just the aimed shots. If it bothers you that much, well your loss I guess. RT / TB is better than just plain RT though.

It seems to me that the RT/TB V.A.T.S. system could be a bridge between the TES fatigue system, and the Tactics RT/TB system. With any action you do in RT draining your AP slightly, and TB 'aimed' shots draining them more. Or maybe it's more like Mana, only used as a special power. Someone...
