Hello again. I suspect I'm just a retard but I'm stuck at a couple of points. In the EPA, I've fixed the lights, fixed the holograms (and the toaster) and (I think) completed all the quests for the four holograms. But I still can't get through some doors. Such as the one to the arboretum...

I seem to get the same number of encounters in the car as on foot. And yes, I have noticed that there are many more encounters the further south you go. Though the furthest south I've gone at this point is New Reno. I haven't been to San Francisco yet.
