I'm with you -- but none of that would matter if the game simply was something completely different with "Fallout" attached to it. (read: Oblivion 2) Side note: Arkania looks neat, I heard about Drakensang a long time ago when doing research on 3d engines -- they're using Nebula 3 I believe.

I would like to say that I disagree with the whole clone thing... it just doesn't fit with Fallout, but hey, that aside -- it could just be a fun game. -- off topic -- but does anyone still play Fallout Tactics online?

Could be neat. I wonder though, isn't Fallout: Tactics better suited for an online RPG mod? It already supports multiplayer and CTB mode -- if dialog trees could be re-added.... ?

My emphasis added. The problem that everyone has with the "feral ghouls" is that its a cheap bandwagon tactic to mimick the last six big "zombie" movies released -- the three Resident Evil ones, the two 28 days later ones, and the one "I Am Legend" movie. And as Bethesda said, they aren't...

Glad someone else noticed it! :D I think that the Descent series was alot of fun and kinda redefined the 3d shooter a bit -- though I suspect the disorientation made it less popular than other games. That said, it was also my first online game.
