I have P4 2.8, GF7600GS, 1,5GB RAM, win xp, clear system, almost all services disabled and it runs ok with medium details and some option even higher. No CTD so far too. But it's not true Fallout sequel, that for sure.. it's quite ok as a game, definitely better than oblivion.
