    It is possible to use the existing AVs for other purposes. e.g. make luck into dexterity or big guns into chemistry. You can help me continue my project and see what I;ve done so far at bethesda forums since it is not the topic of this subject. ;)

    Max DR is a gsmt value. I remember seeing it in fomm (90% sure). There is also another gsmt value that deals with damage to resistance ratio.

    It's a great idea ;) I don't think it would be easy tho. Creature skeletons are not exchangeable and the meshes will probably have holes on them. :s

    Yes that is possible. Weapons have health points. Less HP faster degradation... As far as accuracy in Full Auto... I don't know what can be done about it. Weapons have a wobble effect which is depended on skill, maybe it can be modded to wobble on full auto. Giving it a strength requirement...

    I opened the esm in fomm and deleted all values except gsmt. Then i saved it as an esp. I added the mast record and changed the author. Now whenever i want to fool around with the values i open that esp and copy paste the records i want from the esm (you can have more than one file open in fomm)...

    http://www.nma-fallout.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=46697 you need to click on data files on your fo3 launcher and click the name of your mod. Alternative you can do it from fomm, just check it on the list. There are also some other stuff you need to do. Read the above posts.

    Actually AI does that. I've seen it. They mainly take cover when they have like half hp left or less. I've noticed it on humans, the rest just charge at you.
