    I'm scared it'll be too much "complicated". Too many things to craft to get before have the thing you wanted to craft. Having skills (repair, science, weapons skills), profession (which seems to cost), tools, workbench, and several differents and specific material... I'm a bit affraid.

    Why is that so ? Charisma normally stands for the appealing of your character. Not his way of speaking, wich was determined by Speech and Intelligence. Plus, too much technically way to make things RP will dispense player to do it. And that sucks.
