Have any of you tried Kobu's "Character Advancement System" mod? It made the game worth playing again for me. You have numerous option with it on how you want your character to advance exactly and it is way better than the default method.

I run Oblivion with several mods that greatly enchance the game for me, while I can't really feel the same with Fallout 3 even with a bunch of mods.
