Im sure there must be bread... I mean there are crops and farms in many places of the game... It can only be assumed that they are growing wheat, or corn, etc... something to make flour of some sort... just not really needed to be shown i suppose in the game. =) And chickens... I never saw...

That would be great fun to play a game that was a "Realistic" Apoc simulator... especially one focusing on character development. However I dont think what you are looking for exists due to the fact there is such a niche market for games of that nature anyway, and to make one that realistic...
