I also had this issue. Windows Security Essentials tells me that I had a HackTool:Win32 Patch.D after I tried to install. It was a medium level threat so I'm not sure if it was a virus or what. I quarantined it but I'm thinking I shouldn't have. Is it just part of the patch? I...
