Hey, I know mentats raise the intelligence by 2 points and then it is reduced by 2 points, but if i have an intelligence of 9 and take them, that would give me 11 intelligence, but that is not possible, does the game record that internally or not? will i have 8 or 9 points after the effect wears...

what do you think about the changes i made? I usually prefer using the desert eagle or a similar handgun, a shotgun, and plasma rifle, at least thats what i used in fallout 1

Hey, I just downloaded Fallout 1 from GOG, its the 1.2 version, but i dont know if its UK or US, and according to the fallout mod wikia, if you have the uk version you have to download v1.2.1 RC (WIP). Do I download that or the regular one?
