Buy $10 1L rice cooker from Aldi. [substitute for already owned slow cooker]
Fill half way with water.
Throw in 500 grams of beef strips/mince.
Cut up 4 "TATOS" and throw in.
Cut up 2 carrots and throw in.
Cut up 1 large onion and throw in.
Throw in a handful of peas 'n corn.
Top up with water...
