A few quick F2 questions....

It Wandered In From the Wastes
Well, I'm playing F2 while I wait for my NV to be delivered. Damm snow. I have a few little questions about gameplay and Per's exellent guide don't have the answer.

1) Do those pickpockets in the Den pickpocket your NPC's?

2) The Prostitute in the Marnaduke bar in Redding, when she says about you (if a girl) becoming one too, is there any type of charater that you don't get knocked back with 'don't be so eager'? Just wondering.

3) Metal armour. It has lower armour rating than Leather, but it's protection level for bullet etc is higher. So, overall, does it offer more protection than Leather?

1) No.

2) If you mean become a prostitute - it's not something you can make a dedicated profession out of. Porn star on the other hand...

3) Yes. Metal armor is far superior. You'll get hit marginally more often, but take substantially less damage.

It's not like I'm looking at that as a career, it's just in a half-dozen games i've played as a girl, she allways says it's not right that I'm too keen. It's not like by that stage I need the cash, it's usually for the 'experiance' so I can go and shoot some movies....

Armour ratings - neither the Manual, nor Per's guide mention how it works. (Gen rating vs protection level) With hindsight, it seems so simple now, but before I did spend a fair few mins trying to work it out.
 
Only with restoration, but that's only to get to the stables, as far as I know.
