An easy way to change critter colors?

Look, Ma! Two Heads!
Hi, guys.

I was wondering what's the easiest way to recolor a critter. Like having a black haired Myron.

Is there a program which can handle mass recoloring? Is there a better way?

You can probably run a batch color change, but the result will most likely be garbage. Best way is to just do it by hand I guess.
 
I think what you're asking for is going to be complicated no matter what software you use, because the software itself needs to have a certain level of complexity to perform a batch color change task to begin with.
I prefer GIMP, and here are a couple of different explanations of how to run scripts to work on batches of images if that helps:

I'm not sure how much I can help other than that because I've never done this before.
 
Alright this is kind of annoying, how do I remove the [Media] tag that's auto-generated for my reddit and twitch links? It makes them unusable
