I know Noah Caldwell-Gervais has a few videos on cRPGs but I haven't checked them out yet. Strat's one of my favorites.

Most of the time it's more just specific videos/series rather than channels as a whole. Like LGR does older game reviews and his stuff eventually hits RPGs and whatnot. Chris Davis did some videos on Fallout and Planescape: Torment that I saved in a playlist so that must have meant something. GDC also has a bunch of stuff from conferences and you can find neat stuff throughout that channel. Long videos though. Retcon Raider did a series on Van Buren that I never finished but it was pretty neat and it highlights a lot of good stuff. MandaloreGaming is someone I check out from time to time.

I never watched this dude's other stuff but I liked this video.

Actually though it's impossible to reccomend things to absolute strangers because we can't account for your taste. I like superbunnyhop tho. (Not rpg exclusive I know but good gaming channels are rare enough as is)

Mistercaption used to be a great channel, sadly he doesn't do videos anymore.

DWTerminator is pretty good, although I rarely agree with him.

He has a new channel now, this one. He hasn't uploaded in 6 months but that's seems to be usual with him.

Sounds like Noah Caldwell-Gervais.
He talks about all sorts of things besides RPGs, and recently made some sort of road trip to real life locations from Fallout.

I'm pretty sure he once posted on NMA, but I don't know what his username was.

Oh, yeah, I watch his stuff. He's kinda neat sometimes. That road trip was really fun. I posted it awhile back when I first found it and was watching it in the background while fixing laptops for work. Might do it again, just neat to see someone somewhat map out the locations of Fallout.

Good guess. But sadly no.

He his famous for lines like "What do they eat?" when it comes to RPGs. He talked about Mass Effect and Morrowind and mentions Fallout and such.
