Backup the editor?

I was wondering if there is a way to backup or save the fallout editor in another directory without having to reinstall the game.

The reason is that i can use the editor like a fan based editor like BoSEE.exe without having to patch the game.

Please help.
 
you could install tactics again to use with the editor, and point the patch installation to the second install. But this would use oodles of memory
 
That's what i thought too but it would be just take up too m

I know that you cannot use your previous save games in any new install too as i think that there is a registry modification needed just like backing up your creature in B&W.

Sooo, I was wondering if anyone knows how to regedit and save the editor into another directory?
