A bank that's next to where Marcus is standing has a mutant guard with minigun.
This guy is well-known for his random hostility against player out of no real reason. He just shoot you with his minigun on sight.
No one knows why exactly this occurs, but it DOES happen to anyone.
So far, I haven't found any single solution or reason. Fallout wikia doesn't mention anything about it.
I'm running with RP, of course.
