Caravan players do not bet any money?

I have come across three different caravan players so far.

None of them bet any money. I can buy and sell items from them, and know that they have caps.

Why do they not bet any money during the caravan games?

I'm having the same problem. At first, i thought it was just Ringo because he was the tutorial Caravan player but that Nash fellow lets me raise and he doesn't pay up...

So I just need to get to "No Bark" before I can win some money from caravan?

well, no. or...i don't know. i'm just saying i didn't win any money or find an opponent with money until him. and that's as far into the game as i am.

EDIT: apparently it was bugged, but has been fixed. Hence explaining my explanation.

I have the update, nobody bets caps on caravan.

I've gotten the update. Nobody will bet any caps on the caravan game.

These NPCs have caps, but they always bet "0" caps on a game of caravan.

Anyone have a fix for this?

Patch fixed it for me. Tested with Ringo and guy in Novac.
