So you wanted more Design Docs, couldn't have enough of the ones we released earlier.. Well look no further, we at NMA are graced with yet some more docs, this time around a whooping 3 in total.
We've got Maxson Bunker:<blockquote>Maxson Bunker was a pre-war fallout shelter built by a senator for his family and himself. The thing that will set them apart from the other tribes is their culture and architecture. NMA graced again?
It's becoming strange... i go to the church everyday and none design docs fall from the skies in my hands...

Maybe i'll have to get back NMA everyday so i can be graced too.
 
Hah, I found an inconsistency. First the Maxson Bunker one says:

In the year 2242, Jeremy Maxson renamed the bunker after his famous ancestor, Roger Maxson. He then sent a full compliment of troops for occupation. Andrea Brixley was promoted to Elder, given the rank of General, and placed in charge. The remainder of her exploratory team was given the title of Elder as well. It was not long afterward that the war with the New California Republic was announced.

And later:

After the war broke out between the BOS and the NCR, Andrea was promoted to commander and placed in charge of the bunker. She also received the title of Elder Paladin, as did her four companions.

So was she promoted before or after the war broke out?
 
If the Circle of Eight could patch ToEE before the official patch, maybe they could patch VB despite it being cancelled?

Conclusion: She was promoted after the war
 
no, it says "not long after that the war was announced
so it's inconsistant, and we do not know when she was promoted.
 
So once we get all the concept art, design documents, and such some of the modders can just "put" the game together right?
