English Language Holodisk

Sorry if this is the wrong area to post. I am new to this site.

I've been playing a low intelligence and low charisma character in Fallout 1 for the funny, but it's quickly become annoying since it locks you out of a lot of quests.
When you visit Ms Stapleton in the hub with 2 or less int and char she offers you an English language holodisk, and I was like 'bingo!', but I couldn't find it. I searched on the web, and on Nukapedia it says, 'Mrs. Stapleton offers an English language holodisk, the catch being they have to find it.' It makes me think that it actually exists but I can't find any info on it!

Please help.
 
Fairly sure that support for dumb dialog exists [almost] purely for those times when a PC is impaired during the conversation; not as a truly viable build feature... but you can with Mentats [as stated above].

*IMO Jacorin's dumb dialog is the best; Tor's is the funniest situation.
