Fallout 2 Comic Book

I have made this profile and start this thread to ask something, me and my friend have a idea to adapt Fallout 2 into comic book. He is a comic artist and he wants to do this but only i we have copyrights for this. So can someone help us with this, who to contact for copyrights in Bethesda or from original Interplay??? Any help is well come...

You would definitely have to ask Bethesda.

You could probably make a free web comic or the like without getting into legal trouble, but if you want to sell physical copies, you need to get permission.

Or you can sell it at some fan convention and make sure you don't leave your name on it and run real fast when it's over. Better idea:

Don't base it on Fallout. Use a ripoff setting. Change minor things. Don't constrain yourself creatively.

This. Why limit yourself to the Fallout setting? Create one yourself. It's not that hard. Take Fallout and change every character with a Monchichi. Now take everything that has any meaning in the Fallout world and change it with bananas. Now wait a coupe of months and read it again. Is it a great comic about Monchichis and bananas? Mail it to Monchichi and become rich! Or is it too Monchichi anD do you want it more Fallouty? No problem. Change some of the Monchichis with slavers and radscorpions, and some of the bananas with Stimpaks and grenades, and you've got a Fallouty Monchichi book, catering to two niche consumer groups at the same time. Instant hit! Lots of cash! Lots of literary whores want to feel your penis inside of their smelly analphabetic vaginas.

Garbage Pail Kids: Fallout Edition.

I mean Fallout is just Mad Max mixed with Flash Gordon anyway. Ghouls can be anything. Vaults can be renamed. Mutants can be anything. You can still use USA if you like. The retro future setting is the only thing that makes Fallout unique, and I argue it was not as strong in the first few games as it has later become. So what do you like about Fallout?

Do you just want to pull from the fan base? Because post apocalyptic alone will draw the fanbase.
