Fallout 3 Broken Steel Is Out

Did munchkins develop this DLC?

W/e I'm looking forward to snooping around the new locations in the GECK.

Well, I didn't think it was possible, but these new perks are even more uninspiring and dull then their previous ones (not to mention some being outright retarded, moars nukuler splosions hur hur).
Sigh...

Almost Perfect and Nuclear Anomaly are examples of exactly what's wrong with mainstream gaming.

The kids at Kotaku are going nuts, apparently it's unplayable on PC, and no achieves on 360.

I know that no matter how much testing you do in the studios, little things annoyances will leak through to the major release... But this is ridiculous. I think I'll skip on this DLC...

Bethesda just doesn't care because they know they'll never get called out on releasing terribly buggy games. And I'm sure that has nothing to do with Bethesda paying for the games media to flyout and have a London vacation...

Here's a list of new perks for your amusement:

Those have to be the most boring perks I have ever seen. It proves once again that Bethesda can't come up with anything clever or even remotely interesting themselves, when it comes to this. Seriously, every single one of them are just insanely powerful power-ups, with no cleverness or wit to them whatsoever.

Also: apparently Bethesda cannot create a nearly bug-free module with their own tools, for their own game. Fan-made mods are of much higher quality - and that's just embarrassing.

They forgot to include a perk that maxes all your skills. That would make playing after level cap totally interesting.

Remember the Survival Guide after fallout 2 ending? Something like that.

I was going to ask for you to clarify the "lives up to its name" jab, thinking you were being overly critical when there haven't been any claims of the release being broken like The Pitt was.

But then someone linked the Perks.

And I went, "ohhhhhh!"

Then: "ha!"

"ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha, hahaha, ha!"

It's already easy enough to max everything, even before raising the level cap.

Whenever your health is reduced to 20 or less, you will erupt into a devastating nuclear explosion. Note that any allies in the vicinity will also suffer the effects of the blast!.
What. The. Fuck?!?!?!???

God, all those perks are retarded. When cheating is actually embedded into the gameplay, it makes you seriously wonder if the people responsible were 12 years old. Why not just make an all-encompassing god mode + all items + etc perk while you're at it?
