We are looking for helpers :)

Beside everything else, you shouldn't use concept arts from other people and slap your logo on it, especially if you didn't asked for permission.

This looks pretty cool really.

I didn't enjoy NWN that much but, being it a Fallout setting and being somewhat 3D along with RPG play, I would sure go for it.

My two cents:

I like the screenshots, even visited the blog but honestly, It seems like your trying to put in way too much fallout to make it feel like fallout. I would opt for an Isolated area free of the current lore, barely share anything with that lore and build your own twist. Trust me, it's quite possible to still give it that Fallout feel. Me and a few builders and scripters tried to get a project like this for the first NWN, set in Seattle, Washington. This allowed us the liberty to create our own factions but still be close enough to California to realistically see members and equipment of other factions make appearances.

My biggest grip is with the different races. Is it really necessary to have three different human species each with their own bonuses and negatives? Example with the Shi, and perhaps I'm taking this too far, have a +2 to their intelligence. I see this as too much of a racial stereotype and completely useless addition. I like the idea of diversity in choice but are the Shi really a thought out addition or just a race to cater to Fallout lore

Besides the copyright and cheap ripoff of concept art I wonder what this has to do with Fallout New Vegas?

Greetings, guys! I've been working a lot on race-system and finally finished it. Moreover, I've managed to imply new appearances and outfits and PC-tools (PIP-Boy that allow to execute plenty of animations and actions like build camp or fire). And now I'm in converting armors. As you can see me in
Metal Armor Mark II...

Annnnd.... in a few weeks some of you will can alfa-test a small peace of Wastelands by themselves as testers :) So be prepared: you will absolutely need "Never Winter Nights 2" (with both addons) to install our client...

Here we go, friends. This is the map of region of Fallout D20. The Hoover Dam is to the West of here and the Capital Wasteland is to the East. Players' first habited location to discover is the Twin Mothers.

TWIN MOTHERS

Twin Mothers is a small tribal village in the American southwest. They're the descendants of Vault 29, and their village is built on top of the Vault. The Vault itself ceased working long ago, but it's still a holy place to the Twin Mothers. Hecate has a powerful influence here, but the tribe hasn't completely fallen under her sway. The tribals worship the goddess Diana.

Still can't approve of using other people's art in your loading screens but you do have me somewhat curious.

Will your team make their own storyline for this?

Good Luck with this endeavor...I'm not sure whether this will be a single or multi-player game, either way I'm sure there will be a lot of people curious as to how this turns out.

About the story and several factions:

In that region (in a matter of speaking about this project) there are a lot of factions.

One of them is Enclave. But this is not Enclave devision we met in Fallout 2. That one we met were intended to purify Earth (they can be called buy me - politicians). But small group of elite forces of Enclave (which were leaded before the Great War to support scientific project to move from Earth to the other planet) is situated and takes operations in this region. They have militaristic meritocracy and still regard themselves as Federal Force of US, but they don't intend to get back that fallen Earth. They keep operating several military bases to maintain connection with space base and they just keep eyes on the situation around their territory and region to secure their operations. They are vilified with Shi, Brotherhood of Steel (both of their sub-factions), Aliens and every ghoul and super-mutant factions. But they are accepted buy Caesar Legion.

The Shi is a leading factions of Chinese from San-Francisco (and they are rumors that not only from that city). Frankly, in spite of their united actions, there are two mainstreams in Shi rites. The majority of them regard themselves as friendly and developed assimilated nation, that is equal in rights to every other nation of the region of New World. The other small (high ranked) group of Shi regard their assimilation (and the settling of San Francisco) as a part of the wisdom Plan of the Great China take over US-region. As I said, whatever their intends are - they act with cautions, wisdom and no currently visible harm. So they are accepted and respect enough in the region.
