[Two-Bears-High-Fiving]

Issue Numero Uno (Dialogue Issues): I.e. Blades leader and Killian Darkwater's dialogue just resets and it's like I have just met them even though I spoke with them previously or completed quests for'em. The dialogue with the Overseer resets after successfully bringing back the water chip, he always tells me the chip is back online
and regrets sending me back out, no matter how many times I come back.

Issue Numero Dos (Blocky Cutscenes): Hi Res is enabled and looks great, however, the cutscenes look terrible. I've tried going through .ini files to try and remedy this but to no avail. Tried running in compatibility mode with XP and Admin

In my playthrough Killian was stunned or something during the attack, he was alive and standing, but the only interaction I could have was loot his body. Waiting for a day didn't help.
